Improvement of the deterministic preparation of Dicke states

Abstract

An improved scheme for the deterministic creation of quantum Dicke states without the use of ancilla qubits is constructed in the paper. A slight weakening of Linear Nearest Neighbor topology made it possible to reduce the number of used gates from O(nk) to O(n) for the Dicke state |Dkn>.
