To construction of integral transformation for operator of equation of convective diffusion under mixed boundary conditions

Abstract
In the paper a method for constructing non-classical integral transformations of the operator of the convective diffusion equation under conditions of both the first kind on the sought function at the upper boundary of the layer and the second kind on the lower boundary is presented. It is based on the orthogonal eigenfunctions expansion. The Sturm-Liouville problem is solved and its solution is investigated. The linearization of the characteristic equation of the problem is considered. The influence of the coefficient of convective mass transfer velocity on the inverse integral transformation is studied. The constructed integral transformation is applied to two initial-boundary value problems of convective diffusion with one nonzero boundary condition. The eigenvalues of the Sturm-Liouville problem are investigated.
