Abstract

An approach to calculation of the axially symmetric elastic-plastic state of piecewise- homogeneous
rings is developed. It is reduced to solution of the transcendental equations with respect to
the interface of the regions of elastic and elastic-plastic deformation. The cases when the region
plasticity originates in the internal or middle rings is considered. The given approach is applied to
an arbitrary number of the components in the ring.
