Abstract

Express analysis of the functional states of operators, athletes, practically healthy people and patients of clinics is proposed based on the determination of the parameters of significant references of monitoring signals. Subsequently, a variety of local, statistical and integral indicators and parameters of fragments and current samples of signals are calculated, taking into account the determined reliability of significant signals. The data obtained is the basis for compression and protection of monitoring data arrays and calculating indicators of informative teeth, complexes, segments and intervals of biomedical signals, their fragments and samples. As a result, any action and behavior of bio-objects are characterized by information images in the form of calculated indicators, functions, diagrams, graphs, two-dimensional and three-dimensional planes. The proposed information technology is focused on many day monitoring of functional states of bio-objects.
