Diffraction patterns for liquid Ni2In alloy in assumption of chemical ordering in clusters have been calculated and compared with experimental ones. It is shown that Ni2in kind clusters show the high thermodynamic stability of such structural units in liquid state. Addition of 10 at.% Bi to Ni2In alloy showed no significant solubility of Bi-atoms in such clusters and promotes the formation of inhomogeneities in short range order structure.
