Abstract

A mathematical model has been formulated. The stationary temperature distribution of threecomponent
along the axis thermosensitive cylinder under the condition of constant temperature on
flat limiting surfaces, the isolation of cylindrical surface, the heat release inside middle
component, and the ideal heat transfer between contacting components has been defined. The
stress distribution has been obtained. The influence of the dependence of thermal (thermal
conductivity coefficient) and mechanical (elastic modulus, Poisson ratio and temperature
coefficients of linear expansion) characteristics of material components on temperature on the
level and nature of the temperature and stresses distribution have been determined.
